What publishing and performance KPIs would be most useful to your team to see in a CMS?

This summer we made significant updates to Product Analytics and introduced new functionality for our Scale customers with Mission Control. Each of these tools provide valuable insights and data that can help teams keep track of things like app activity and utilization, cache rates, API requests and more.

Now that we have laid this essential groundwork to begin providing a wealth of information to Contentstack users within the CMS, we want to hear what metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) would be most valuable for you to have at your fingertips.

Do you want to know how long it takes someone to publish a particular type of content on average? What about a list of your most prolific publishers? Are there dots that we can help you connect by surfacing them within the CMS or making them available for export into your own custom reports?

We have a lot of exciting and delightful updates on the horizon as we soon set out on our product roadmap for the next year, and we would love to know what information you and your team would find most useful within Contentstack’s growing suite of data tools.

We look forward to reading your ideas!
