Has Contentstack been successfully implemented as a documentation/knowledge based site by a customer? If so are there any best practices in how these should be structured using Contentstack?

Some of our customers have created documentation/knowledgebase sites by themselves. in fact, your documentation site too is built using our CMS.
However, as of now, we do not have a specific guide or best practices documented around it. We will create one soon
